All requests for a GP appointment at our practice will be managed through a system called PATCHs. You can still call the practice to arrange a Nurse, Healthcare Assistant and Pharmacist appointments.
How it will work
If you need a GP appointment, you’ll be asked to complete a PATCHs online form. and will need a PATCHs account to do this. (How to create a PATCHs account (DOCX, 27KB))
- A GP or member of the clinical team will review your request.
- Based on the information you give, you may be:
- Offered an appointment (face-to-face or telephone call)
- Sent advice via text or phone call
- Directed to another service if that’s more appropriate
What if I can’t use the internet?
Don’t worry – if you can’t fill in the form yourself, you can still call the practice. Our reception team will help you complete the PATCHs form.
