All information passed to the practice regarding yourself is treated in the strictest confidence and we are registered under the Data Protection Act. However, for your effective care it is sometimes necessary that information is shared between members of the practice team. No information is passed to third parties without your written consent or, in the case of you being referred to another healthcare provider, your consent at the time of the consultation.
